This ranges from harnesses and lanyards to temporary lifelines and inertia reel blocks.
A user demonstration is also provided to the end user and a periodic re-inspection service of the PPE can be provided.
Structured Fire Protection
K Contracts Ltd operates a separate Fire Protection division applying intumescent coatings to structural steel and compatible top coats.
We offer water-based and Based coatings to the required “Wet Film Richness Readings”
Structural Fire Protection Defined
Intumescent coatings are paint-like materials which are inert at low temperatures but which provide insulation as a result of a complex chemical reaction at temperatures typically around 200 to 250 degrees centigrade.
At such temperatures, the properties of the steel will not be affected.
